Key Responsibilities

- Bill Preparation & Certification: Prepare RA bills, final bills, and subcontractor invoices based on actual site progress.
- Measurement Verification: Validate quantities and measurements by checking architectural drawings against on-site execution.
- Rate Analysis & BOQ: Assist with Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation and analyze rates for extra or non-tender items.
- Material Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliations to track actual material consumption (steel, cement, bricks) against theoretical requirements.
- Contract Management: Understand tender documents, specifications, and contract clauses to prevent financial disputes or delays.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
