We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Export Manager to drive project sales across African countries. The role involves driving project sales growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding business across industrial and infrastructure sectors. Business Development:

 Drive sales growth for EPC turnkey projects through strategic business development and client acquisition.

 Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic client relationships. Project Sales Management.

 Handle end-to-end project sales including client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closures.  Coordinate with technical and execution teams for techno-commercial submissions. Tendering & Commercials

 Manage tender participation, contract negotiations, and pricing discussions.  Ensure timely submission of technical and commercial proposals. Team Leadership





 Lead and guide the sales team to achieve revenue and business targets.  Monitor sales performance and develop growth strategies Client Relationship Management  Build long-term relationships with consultants, industries, and key clients.  Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.  Undertake frequent travel for client engagement, relationship building, and identification of new business opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile  Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Electrical / Environmental).  MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.

 10+ years of experience in Project Sales / Industrial Sales / EPC Sales.  Robust exposure to EPC Turnkey Projects, Excellent techno-commercial, negotiation, and leadership skills.
