Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring guest rooms are cleaned, maintained, and prepared in accordance with the hotel's quality and hygiene standards to provide guests with a comfortable, protected, and pleasant stay.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and prepare assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Make beds, replace bed linen, towels, and guest amenities.
- Clean bathrooms, furniture, mirrors, windows, and room fixtures.
- Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize guest rooms.
- Replenish minibar items and room supplies where applicable.
- Report maintenance defects, damaged items, and lost & found articles promptly.
- Ensure rooms are ready for guest occupancy within the required timelines.
- Follow all housekeeping SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with the Front Office, Laundry,



and Maintenance departments regarding room status.
- Attend to guest housekeeping requests promptly and courteously.

Qualifications

- Minimum 10th Pass.
- Previous experience as a Room Attendant in a hotel is preferred.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn may also apply.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
