We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries through calls, emails, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with order-related concerns, product information, returns, refunds, and issue resolution.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic approach while interacting with customers.
- Record customer interactions and update internal systems accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
- Follow up on pending cases and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
- Contribute to improving customer service processes and overall customer experience.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
