Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deliver sales process, product, and behavioral training programs.
- Conduct onboarding, certification, refresher, and coaching sessions for current and existing employees.
- Identify training needs through performance analysis and business requirements.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, productivity metrics, and stakeholder feedback.
- Collaborate with Sales, Quality, and Operations teams to align training with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain training content, SOPs, presentations, and learning resources.




- Monitor post-training performance and provide continuous coaching to improve sales productivity.
- Prepare and maintain training MIS, reports, and dashboards.
- Update training content based on product, process, and market changes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and training governance.

Preferred Candidate

- 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Trainer, Process Trainer, or Learning & Development Trainer.
- Experience in Sales, BPO, Telecom, BFSI, Digital Sales, or Customer Service training is preferred.
- Strong presentation, coaching, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to engage learners and improve sales performance through effective training.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
