Qualification

- Master's Degree in any discipline (Mandatory)
- B.Ed. (Mandatory)

Experience

- Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Vice Principal or Academic Coordinator in a reputed CBSE school.
- Candidates with experience only as a Vice Principal or Academic Coordinator will be considered.
- Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum, academic planning, teacher mentoring, and school operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Leadership

- Support the Principal in planning, implementing, and monitoring academic programs.
- Ensure effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum and school policies.
- Monitor lesson plans, classroom teaching, assessments, and student learning outcomes.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
- Lead curriculum planning, examination schedules, and result analysis.

Teacher Development

- Mentor, coach, and support teachers to enhance classroom effectiveness.
- Organize teacher training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs.
- Monitor teacher performance and assist in appraisal processes.
- Foster a collaborative, positive, and high-performing academic culture.

Student Development

- Monitor student discipline, attendance, and academic progress.
- Promote holistic development through co-curricular and life-skill programs.
- Address student concerns in coordination with teachers and parents.

Parent Relations

- Build positive relationships with parents through regular communication.
- Conduct parent meetings and address academic concerns professionally.




- Ensure timely resolution of parent feedback and grievances.

School Administration

- Assist the Principal in the day-to-day administration of the school.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for smooth functioning.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines, school policies, and statutory requirements.
- Supervise school events, examinations, admissions, and academic activities.

Leadership & Innovation

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in academics and school operations.
- Encourage cutting-edge teaching methodologies and technology integration.
- Promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and student-centric learning.

Skills Required
