We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Photographer & Videographer to support our creative team in producing high-quality visual content for our beauty and salon brand. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience assisting in professional photo and video shoots, operating camera and lighting equipment, performing basic editing, and creating engaging content for social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Photographer & Videographer in planning and executing photo and video shoots for salon services, hair transformations, makeup, skincare, nail art, products, and promotional campaigns.
- Set up and operate cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, gimbals, tripods, reflectors, microphones, and other production gear.
- Capture behind-the-scenes footage, supporting angles, and additional content during shoots.
- Perform basic photo retouching and video editing using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Organize, label, back up, and maintain photo and video files to ensure easy access and proper asset management.
- Assist in creating engaging content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Travel to salon branches, events, client locations, or outdoor shoot locations as required.
- Support post-production activities, including file transfers, content selection, basic color correction, audio synchronization, and formatting for digital platforms.
- Ensure all photography and videography equipment is cleaned, maintained, and ready for use.
- Coordinate with stylists, makeup artists, salon managers,



and the marketing team to ensure smooth execution of shoots.
- Maintain consistency in the brand's visual identity across all creative content.
- Stay updated with the latest photography, videography, beauty, and social media content trends.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience assisting in qualified photography and videography shoots.
- Knowledge of DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting setups, gimbals, tripods, and audio equipment.
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
- Understanding of composition, framing, lighting, and camera settings.
- Familiarity with social media content formats, especially Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage digital assets and production equipment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with creative and marketing teams.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during events or campaign shoots.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Photography, Multimedia, Film Production, Visual Arts, Mass Communication, or a related field (preferred).
- 4–5 years of experience as an Assistant Photographer, Assistant Videographer, or similar creative support role.
- Prior experience in the beauty, salon, fashion, cosmetics, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle industry is an advantage.
- A portfolio demonstrating photography, videography, or editing work is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
