We're Hiring: US IT Recruiter

Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai (Work from Office)

Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA (3–5 Years) | Up to ₹9 LPA (5–8 Years)

Qualification: Graduate Degree

Key Requirements:

* 3+ years of US Staffing / US IT Recruitment experience

* Expertise in full lifecycle recruiting and order management

* Experience in sourcing, screening, and technical assessment of candidates

* Hands-on experience with ATS/VMS tools (Bullhorn, VMS Portals, etc.)

* Solid stakeholder and candidate communication skills

* Experience hiring for US-based roles and working with US clients

* Comfortable working from office and supporting US shifts

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage recruitment requisitions and hiring requirements

* Source candidates through active and passive channels

* Screen and shortlist candidates for client requirements

* Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding

* Maintain candidate pipelines and ATS/VMS records

* Conduct technical screenings and candidate assessments

* Ensure candidate engagement and assignment follow-ups
