We are hiring enthusiastic freshers for the position of AR Caller. Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities are available for candidates looking to start their career in the US Healthcare process.

Location: CSEZ, Kakkanad

Shift Timings:

- Full-Time: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- Part-Time: 5:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

- Analyze claim status and take appropriate action for resolution.
- Make outbound calls to insurance companies to obtain claim status updates.
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-ups and resolve claim-related queries.
- Maintain accurate documentation of call details and claim updates in the system.
- Ensure timely follow-up on unpaid or partially paid claims.

Eligibility Criteria

- Ongoing students (Degree 1st & 2nd year, PG 1st year) can apply.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–1 year experience are also eligible.
- Good English communication skills required.
- Candidates must own a two-wheeler for commuting.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
