Function: Operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and deliver strategic market research and consulting engagements, including market opportunity assessments, product feasibility studies, market entry strategies, competitor benchmarking, and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives
- Analyze client business challenges and research requirements, conducting primary and secondary research to generate actionable insights, market forecasts, industry analyses, and strategic recommendations
- Develop and present high-quality research reports, business presentations, and data-driven market intelligence, translating complex information into explicit and impactful insights
- Support business development efforts by acting as a subject matter expert, contributing to client discussions, preparing proposals, case studies, white papers, and identifying new growth opportunities
- Manage client relationships and project execution, collaborating with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external consultants to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members by fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture, encouraging innovation, continuous learning, and operational excellence

Key Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in market research, business advisory,



and GTM strategy consulting with postgraduate degree in Business Management, Economics, or a related field

- Demonstrated expertise in B2B consulting engagements, including market entry strategies, competitive intelligence, diversification assessments, and growth opportunity analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable business insights; proficiency in Power BI, R, or Python is an added advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders, including CXOs, business heads, and external partner
- Proven leadership, project management, and stakeholder management capabilities, with experience collaborating across functions such as Sales, Legal, and Finance to drive successful outcomes
- Strong business acumen, relationship-building skills, and a results-driven mindset, coupled with exceptional planning, organizational abilities, attention to detail, and willingness to travel across India
