Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse operations covering inward, storage, and outward activities
- Ensure accurate receiving, GRN documentation, serial number capture, and stock put-away
- Coordinate dispatches to stores, customers, and service centers as per TAT
- Oversee picking, staging, packing, labeling, and loading activities
- Maintain proper binning, stacking, and palletization for different appliance categories
- Monitor stock accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and variance investigation
- Ensure handling of return items
- Enforce safety, cleanliness, and warehouse compliance standards (PPE, fire safety, MHE usage)
- Track and coordinate with logistics partners and transport teams for deliveries
- Maintain warehouse MIS reports (inward/outward, ageing stocks, RTV status, damages, etc.)
- Train and guide warehouse support staff, loaders, and MHE operators
- Support in cost control initiatives (space utilization, manpower, material handling)
- Escalate operational issues and support continuous improvement activities

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
