Customer Service Advisor – International Voice Process

Job Responsibilities

- Handle 40–50 inbound customer calls daily for US E-Commerce customers.
- Resolve customer queries related to:
- Order Cancellation
- Refund Requests
- Lost/Missing Orders
- Returns & Replacements
- Payment & Money-back Issues
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and productivity targets.
- Accurately update customer interactions in the CRM system.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process (Mandatory).
- Experience in Retail, Airline, or Insurance Customer Service is preferred.
- No employment gaps.
- Fluent English Communication (C1/C2 Level) is mandatory.
- Strong customer handling, problem-solving, and listening skills.
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment.
- Candidates should reside within 15 km of the office or be willing to relocate.




- Candidates serving their notice period will be preferred.

Work Schedule

- 5.5 Days Working
- Rotational Shifts
- Rotational Weekly Offs (No fixed off days)

Training

- 5 Days Process Training
- 5 Days Nesting (Live Calls)
- Minimum 85% score required to clear each stage.

Preferred Profile: Candidates with experience in International Retail Customer Support who can efficiently manage high call volumes while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
