About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer – OT/ICS to design, implement, and support cybersecurity solutions for Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), and critical infrastructure environments.

The candidate will be responsible for OT cybersecurity architecture, network segmentation, Network Access Control, asset visibility, intrusion detection, secure remote access, monitoring, incident prevention, compliance documentation, and cybersecurity testing.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity, industrial network security, firewalls, NAC, OT asset visibility, secure remote access, and IEC 62443-based security architecture.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in:
- Computer Science
- Cybersecurity
- Electronics Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Information Technology
- Network Engineering
- or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of cybersecurity experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in OT/ICS, industrial cybersecurity, or industrial network security.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing cybersecurity controls in industrial or OT environments.
- Experience working with network security, firewalls, NAC, remote access, and security monitoring solutions.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary network, SCADA, automation, and engineering teams.

Cybersecurity Standards

Strong understanding of:

- IEC 62443
- NIST Cybersecurity Framework
- NIST SP 800-82
- Defense-in-depth principles
- Zero Trust concepts for OT environments
- Industrial cybersecurity risk assessment
- Security zones and conduits
- OT security lifecycle management





Required / Preferred CertificationsRequired / In Progress

- GICSP – Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional, or
- ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity certification

The ideal candidate is an OT/ICS cybersecurity qualified, rather than a conventional IT security engineer.

The candidate should be capable of working across:

OT Architecture → Network Segmentation → Firewall Security → NAC → Asset Visibility → IDS → Secure Remote Access → Monitoring → Testing → Compliance

Candidates with hands-on experience implementing Cisco ISE, Cisco Cyber Vision, industrial firewalls, IEC 62443 security architectures, and OT security monitoring will be strongly preferred.
