- Supervise mechanical installation, piping, equipment alignment, and system integration at project sites.
- Perform commissioning, trial runs, performance testing, and process optimization of treatment plants.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and breakdown servicing of installed plants.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and process-related issues.
- Attend customer service calls and ensure timely resolution of technical problems.
- Coordinate with customers, contractors, vendors, and the internal project team during site execution.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per project schedule and quality standards.
- Read and interpret P&IDs;, General Arrangement (GA) drawings, piping layouts, and equipment manuals.
- Prepare service reports, commissioning reports, inspection reports,



and daily site progress reports.
- Train customer personnel on plant operation, routine maintenance, and safety practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Maintain tools, instruments, and service equipment in valuable working condition.
- Identify spare parts requirements and coordinate with the office for procurement and dispatch.
- Support the sales team during site surveys, technical inspections, and customer meetings whenever required.
- Maintain good customer relationships through professional and timely service.
