Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive LinkedIn Marketing Executive to support our international sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified B2B and B2C leads through LinkedIn, building relationships with international decision-makers, and driving business opportunities through strategic outreach.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate high-quality B2B and B2C leads using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Research and connect with international prospects, including CEOs, Founders, Directors, business owners, and potential B2C customers.
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings with potential clients and prospects.
- Maintain accurate lead records in CRM or spreadsheets.




- Track outreach performance and prepare regular reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in LinkedIn lead generation, international sales, or B2B/B2C marketing.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong research, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Self-driven and target-oriented.
