Job Title: Senior Backend Developer
Experience: 6–10 Years

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Backend Developer to design and build scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, Supabase, PostgreSQL, and secure multi-tenant SaaS architectures.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Node.js and TypeScript

· Build and manage RESTful APIs and third-party integrations

· Architect and optimize PostgreSQL databases

· Implement Supabase solutions including Auth, Row Level Security (RLS), and Edge Functions

· Ensure secure multi-tenant SaaS architecture and data isolation

· Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth 2.0, JWT)

· Handle API reliability: logging, retries, rate limiting, and error handling

· Integrate external systems via APIs, webhooks, XML/SOAP where required

· Set up CI/CD pipelines and maintain deployment workflows

· Collaborate with frontend teams for seamless integration

Required Skills

· Strong commercial experience in TypeScript and Node.js

· Expertise in PostgreSQL and database design

· Hands-on experience with Supabase (Auth, RLS, Edge Functions)

· Deep understanding of REST APIs and system integrations

· Strong experience with multi-tenant SaaS security and RBAC

· Experience implementing OAuth 2.0 and JWT authentication

· Knowledge of API security practices (keys, certificates)

Development Tools





· Git and GitHub

· Postman for API testing

· OpenAPI/Swagger for documentation

· Supabase CLI

· CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions)

· Testing frameworks (Jest, Vitest, Playwright)

Integration & Security Expertise

· Webhooks and event-driven systems

· XML and SOAP integrations

· API monitoring, logging, and resilience strategies

Nice to Have

· Docker and containerization

· Monitoring tools like Sentry and Grafana

· Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)

· Background jobs and message queues (e.g., Bull, RabbitMQ, Kafka)

Soft Skills

· Strong system design and architectural thinking

· Leadership and mentoring abilities

· Excellent debugging and performance optimization skills

· Clear communication with cross-functional teams

Key Requirement

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
