Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Project Engineer Intern who is passionate about solving business challenges through research, data analysis, and execution. This role is ideal for students from Business, Management, Engineering Management, Commerce, Economics, or related fields who want hands-on experience in real business projects.

As an intern, you will take ownership of assigned projects, conduct independent research, generate insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to support business and strategic initiatives

Collect, analyze, and interpret business data to generate actionable insights

Own and manage assigned projects from research phase to execution with minimal supervision

Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to track progress and ensure timely delivery of tasks

Identify process gaps and suggest improvement opportunities

Support business planning, operational optimization, and strategic initiatives

Present findings, insights,



and project updates to stakeholders and leadership

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:

Business Administration (BBA/MBA)

Business Management / Commerce / Economics

Industrial Engineering

Engineering or related fields with robust interest in business

Strong analytical and research skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

Strong organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace

Willingness to learn new tools and business technologies

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
