Academic Faculty – Physics

Job Description:

- Scholartude Web Education is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Physics Faculty to join our academic team.
- You will be responsible for delivering concept-driven, application-focused physics lessons for secondary and higher secondary school students, especially those preparing for competitive exams like JEE, NEET, NDA, and Olympiads.
- Your role includes designing effective digital content and guiding learners through our interactive web platform.

Job Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging live and recorded video lectures aligned with academic curriculum (CBSE/State Boards/JEE/NEET).
- Develop concept notes, mock tests, and quizzes tailored to learning levels and exam objectives.
- Use digital tools like whiteboard software, screen annotations, simulations, and videos to explain concepts clearly.
- Offer doubt-clearing sessions and conduct revision classes regularly.
- Create learning modules, assessments, and practice materials in coordination with the content team.
- Analyze student performance data and personalize learning strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, tech, academic) to build a modern and accessible learning environment.
- Stay updated on curriculum changes, exam patterns, and educational technologies.
- Participate in academic discussions, webinars, workshops, and content enhancement projects.





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Physics or related discipline (M.Sc./B.Sc. with B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred).
- Strong understanding of Physics concepts across grades 9–12 and competitive exam syllabi (JEE/NEET/NDA).
- Excellent verbal communication and online teaching delivery skills.
- Experience with digital tools like Zoom, OBS, whiteboard tools, Google Classroom, etc.
- Content creation and video lecture experience is a plus.
- Passion for teaching and ability to connect with students through interactive methods.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and mentoring skills.
