Job Title: Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader with 10+ years of experience in managing technical teams and delivering IT projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading project execution, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Plan, assign, and monitor tasks while maintaining project timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and resolve issues.
- Provide technical guidance, mentor team members, and conduct performance reviews.
- Identify project risks, prepare progress reports, and ensure adherence to organizational processes.

Required Skills:

- 10+ years of experience in team leadership and IT project execution.
- Robust leadership, project coordination, and people management skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Pay: Up to ₹120,000.00 per year
