Key Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement: Greet clients, analyze their transport needs, and match them with ideal recent or used vehicle models.
- Product Demonstrations: Explain vehicle specifications, technology, safety ratings, and benefits, plus safely conduct test drives.
- Sales & Negotiation: Discuss pricing, appraise trade-in values, and present finance, insurance, or leasing choices.
- Lead Generation & CRM: Log prospect details into the dealership database, make follow-up calls, and nurture past client relationships for repeat business.
- Delivery & Paperwork: Complete purchase agreements, verify documents, and coordinate final vehicle delivery with the service and finance teams.

Requirements & Skills

- Experience: 6 months to 3 years of experience in retail or automotive sales.
- License: Valid driver's license.
- Communication: Strong verbal skills, active listening, and a friendly, professional presentation.
- Target-Driven: Self-motivated focus on hitting or exceeding monthly sales quotas.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
