- Reaching out to prospective students through outbound calls and responding to inbound inquiries.
- Understanding student requirements and guiding them towards suitable programs.
- Explaining eligibility criteria, admission procedures, course structures, and course details.
- Answering questions about courses, programs, and the institution.
- Clarifying any doubts or concerns raised by prospective students.
- Ensuring students have a clear understanding of the application process.
- Following up with potential students to ensure they have all the necessary information.
- Building rapport with prospective students and fostering a positive experience.
- Providing ongoing support to enrolled students.
