Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production schedules are met.
- Coordinate with the production team to address any operational issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage e-commerce platforms and product listings.
- Ensure that all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to conduct audits and inspections.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding production updates.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Sound working knowledge in MS Excel and making presentations.
- 3-5 years of experience in operations or production management, preferably in the FMCG or personal care industry.
