Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable custom software architectures.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and provide clear guidance on complex software challenges.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and automation within ITSM environments.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ServiceNow implementations.
