Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our construction sales team. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of sales experience and excellent communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, explaining construction services, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and online platforms.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their construction requirements.
- Present the company's residential and commercial construction services.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Update customer information and sales activities in CRM/Excel.
- Attend site visits and client meetings when required.

Requirements





- Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales, Real Estate, Construction, or related industries.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of construction services is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel within Bangalore for client meetings.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
