We are seeking ambitious, energetic, and results-driven professionals to join our Sales & Marketing team and contribute to our continued growth and market expansion in the industrial and mineral processing sectors.
Position Overview
The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, promoting company products and services, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and willingness to travel extensively for business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities across assigned territories
Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into long-term customers
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and business discussions
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts,
and market intelligence data
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support and service delivery
Represent the company professionally during client visits, exhibitions, and promotional activities
Qualifications & Eligibility
Required:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn
Willingness to travel extensively for business development
Preferred:
B.E. graduates will have an added advantage
Prior experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Customer Relations
Knowledge of industrial products or technical sales is an advantage
Language Requirements
Mandatory:
Proficiency in Tamil and English (both spoken and written)
Added Advantage:
Knowledge of Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, or any other regional language will be considered an added advantage
