Key Responsibilities:

Teaching & Learning

- Teach English to primary students as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Develop age-appropriate lesson plans to build vocabulary, grammar, comprehension, and communication skills.
- Use stories, rhymes, role-play, and activities to make language learning engaging.

Assessment & Student Progress

- Assess students through worksheets, oral assessments, reading exercises, and written work.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify learning gaps and provide additional support where required.

Classroom Management

- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Encourage confidence, creativity, and participation among students.

Curriculum & Collaboration

- Support curriculum planning and implementation in coordination with the primary team.
- Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school activities.

Parent Communication





- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and development.
- Support school initiatives and events involving parent engagement.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate/Postgraduate degree with specialization in English.
- D.Ed / B.Ed preferred.
- Experience teaching primary classes is desirable.
- Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE/IB curriculum is an advantage.

- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Creative, organized, and enthusiastic about teaching young learners.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
