Role: Customer Relationship Management Executive
Experience: Fresher / 0–2 Years
Language Required: Tamil (Mandatory)

Salary:

- Freshers – ₹2.4 LPA + Incentives (₹3K–₹4K)
- Experience (1+ Yr) – ₹3 LPA + Incentives (₹3K–₹4K)

This is NOT a sales job. It is related to a Government Scheme involving promotion and execution activities.

Job Responsibilities:
✔ Handle inbound & outbound calls




✔Guide students regarding career opportunities
✔Answer queries & maintain call records
✔Follow up with potential leads
✔ Coordinate with training & marketing teams

Eligibility:

- Intermediate / ITI / Diploma / Degree / B.Tech
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer service/call center experience is a plus
