The Accounts Executive will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, ERP entries, statutory compliance support, and assisting in smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Record day-to-day accounting transactions in ERPNext.
- Prepare purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain ledgers.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Generate invoices, process vendor payments, and follow up on receivables.
- Maintain inventory and fixed asset records.
- Prepare MIS reports and support monthly financial closing.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Stores, Production, and HR for accounting-related activities.
- Assist during internal and statutory audits.
Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
- Hands-on experience with ERPNext (preferred) or other ERP software.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Timely and accurate accounting entries.
- On-time invoice processing and reconciliations.
- Accurate ERP data and MIS reports.
- Compliance with statutory deadlines.
- Support in successful audit completion.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
