Business Analyst – Salesforce

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst – Salesforce with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM, and Campaign Management. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, support campaign modernization initiatives, manage UAT, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Support campaign operations across Voice, SMS, IVR, and Digital Marketing channels.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and operations teams.
- Support UAT activities, defect management, and business sign-offs.
- Manage data mapping, contact lists, and campaign migration activities.
- Maintain project documentation and track progress using Jira.

Required Skills





- 8–12 years of IT experience with 5+ years as a Business Analyst.
- Solid experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM, and Campaign Management.
- Expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and UAT.
- Experience with campaign migration, platform modernization, or digital transformation.
- Knowledge of data mapping, file-based integrations, and contact list management.
- Proficiency with Jira, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- NICE CXone or other Contact Center platforms.
- Snowflake and marketing data integrations.
- IVR platforms (AcuCall or similar).
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications.
- Healthcare or regulated industry experience.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹1,530,213.49 per month
