Hiring: US IT Recruiter (Onsite – Vadodara)
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (Onsite)

Timing: 8:30 PM - 5:30 PM IST

Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: Fresher to 6 Months

Position Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Technical Recruiter to join our growing team in Vadodara. This is an excellent prospect for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are interested in building a career in IT recruitment.

You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various technical roles while working closely with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates using job portals, social media, and other platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR screenings (calls/interviews)
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment activities
- Understand basic technical job requirements (training will be provided)




- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Ensure a positive candidate experience

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes
- Willingness to learn and grow in IT recruitment
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (HR, IT, Business Administration preferred)
- Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

- Internship or exposure to recruitment/HR activities
- Basic knowledge of IT roles/technologies
