Role Overview

Transparent Overseas is looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales Merchandiser with excellent communication and strong sales acumen. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling buyers, driving business growth, converting inquiries into orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle buyer inquiries and maintain strong client relationships.
- Convert leads and inquiries into business opportunities through effective follow-ups.
- Focus on business development and revenue growth by acquiring new customers and generating repeat business.
- Attend buyer meetings, exhibitions, and client visits to represent the company professionally.
- Travel across India for buyer meetings, vendor visits, exhibitions, and business development activities as required.
- Prepare quotations, offers, product presentations, and business proposals.
- Coordinate with production, sourcing, merchandising, and QC teams for smooth order execution.
- Track orders from inquiry to dispatch and provide regular updates to buyers.




- Maintain sales reports, client records, follow-up trackers, and business pipelines.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure timely responses and excellent customer service.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Core Sales, Merchandising, Business Development, or Client-facing roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Home Décor, Handicrafts, Glass, or Export industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should be willing to travel across India for official meetings and business development activities.
- Travel expenses and allowances will be provided by the company.
