Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager / AGM – Billing to lead the end-to-end billing and commercial functions for commercial interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in client billing, subcontractor billing, quantity verification, contract administration, cost control, and commercial management. The role requires close coordination with project, QS, procurement, finance, and client teams to ensure timely billing, healthy cash flow, and commercial compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the complete billing function for multiple commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Prepare, review, and submit Client RA Bills, Final Bills, and Variation Claims.
- Verify quantities as per approved drawings, BOQ, and executed work at site.
- Review and certify subcontractor and vendor bills.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, QS, and Clients for measurements and billing approvals.
- Ensure timely certification and collection of client payments.
- Monitor project cash flow, billing schedules, outstanding receivables, and revenue realization.
- Review contracts, purchase orders, BOQs, and commercial terms before billing.
- Manage change orders, extra items, deviations, and variation orders.
- Prepare commercial MIS reports, billing status reports, cost variance reports, and revenue forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company billing procedures.
- Resolve commercial issues with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Lead, mentor,



and develop the billing team across multiple projects.
- Coordinate with Finance for invoice processing, taxation, reconciliation, and payment tracking.
- Support management in commercial planning, budgeting, and profitability improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of Commercial Interior Fit-Out Billing.
- Expertise in Client Billing, RA Bills, Final Bills, and BOQ Management.
- Quantity Surveying and Quantity Verification.
- Contract Administration and Commercial Management.
- Cost Control and Cash Flow Management.
- Variation Order & Change Management.
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD drawings, MS Excel, ERP/SAP (preferred).
- Strong negotiation, leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates must have experience in:

- Commercial Interior Fit-Out
- Corporate Office Interiors
- Design & Build Projects
- Workplace/Office Fit-Out Projects

Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Preferred)
- Diploma in Civil Engineering with relevant experience may also be considered.

Experience

- 12–18 years of experience in Commercial Billing.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Commercial Interior Fit-Out projects.
- Experience handling multiple large-value commercial interior projects is mandatory.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
