Role Responsibilities:
- Manage user communication and understand their requirements effectively
- Handle escalations and ensure timely, satisfactory resolutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues efficiently
- Support cross-functional teams and assist in day-to-day clinical operations
Working Hours - 9 hours of shift | 6 days working with 1 day week off
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
