We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Area Sales Executive to promote and sell agricultural products within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of agricultural practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and farmers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the company's agricultural products in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and farmers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and farmer meetings.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.
- Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-up.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports and visit reports.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.Sc.
Agriculture (Mandatory)
- Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the agriculture industry.
- Driving License: Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
- Vehicle: Candidate must own a two-wheeler for field travel.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of agricultural products and farming practices.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
- Travel Allowance (TA): As per company policy
- Daily Allowance (DA): As per company policy
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
