Key Responsibilities:

- Staff Management: Hiring, training, scheduling, inspiring, evaluating staff, fostering a positive team environment, and handling disciplinary issues.
- Sales & Performance: Setting sales targets, analyzing sales data, implementing promotional strategies, and driving revenue to meet financial goals.
- Customer Service: Ensuring high satisfaction, resolving complaints, setting service standards, and training staff to deliver excellent experiences.
- Inventory Control: Managing stock levels, ordering products, minimizing stockouts, overseeing stocktakes, and managing supplier relationships.
- Operations & Merchandising: Overseeing daily operations,



maintaining store cleanliness, managing displays, and ensuring proper product presentation.
- Financial Management: Managing budgets, controlling expenses, handling cash, preparing financial reports, and analyzing KPIs.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and company policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
