- Develop and implement the organization's financial strategy.
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and compliance with applicable laws and standards.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment activities.
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability.
- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A;).
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, investors, and regulatory authorities.
- Identify and manage financial risks.
- Ensure effective internal controls and corporate governance.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, fundraising, and other strategic initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.
- Present financial reports and strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
- Professional certification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or CMA is an advantage.
- Extensive experience (typically 10–15 years) in finance, accounting, or financial management,



with several years in a senior leadership role.
- Robust financial analysis and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent leadership and people management abilities.
- Knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
- Advanced budgeting and forecasting expertise.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in financial management systems and Microsoft Excel.
