We are seeking reliable, professional, and vigilant Security Officers to join our hospital team. The ideal candidate will help maintain a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, staff, and hospital property while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor hospital entrances, exits, and premises.
- Patrol the facility and respond to security incidents.
- Assist patients, visitors, and staff with safety-related concerns.
- Control visitor access and enforce hospital policies.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and disturbances.
- Complete incident reports accurately and professionally.
- Work closely with hospital management and emergency responders when required.
Requirements
- Previous security experience preferred (hospital or healthcare experience is an advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Must be able to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
