Job Title:Business Development Representative (BDR) – Fresher

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated freshers to join our Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, reaching out to leads, and supporting the sales team in generating business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact potential customers through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Generate and qualify new leads.
- Explain the company's products and services to prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in Excel or CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English (Tamil is an added advantage).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Willingness to learn sales and business development.
