International Voice Process – Customer Support Associate

We are hiring energetic and customer-focused candidates for an International Voice Process in Kakkanad, Kochi.

The role involves handling inbound customer calls, resolving customer queries, and providing basic technical assistance. Freshers and experienced candidates with excellent English communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls and respond to customer queries.
- Provide basic technical support for Windows PCs, Mac devices, and mobile devices.
- Assist customers with product installation, uninstallation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Deliver professional and courteous customer service.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Follow company procedures and quality standards during every customer interaction.

Eligibility Requirements

- Any undergraduate, postgraduate, MBA, or other recognized degree.
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- CEFR or Berlitz B2 proficiency is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of computers, mobile devices, and technical troubleshooting.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.




- Candidates must be comfortable working rotational and night shifts.
- Candidates must be willing to work from the Kakkanad office.
