Job Description
- Determining all required placement requirements and assisting trainees to exchange all information appropriately. Maintain knowledge on all requirements to facilitate the effective working of the company
- Promote all placements of graduates to various prospective employers through Corporate connects.
- Generate new leads (corporate employers) and maintain the relationship with the existing ones.
- Manage the internal placement drives, tests and related activities for all trainees and ensure compliance to all regulations.
- Update all placement related databases and prepare reports on an ad-hoc basis.
- Prepare placement reports and facilitate in regular meetings.
- MIS report for placements to be maintained on weekly basis
