Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who can build high-quality, scalable web applications across both front-end and back-end environments. This role requires strong technical depth across modern frameworks, a solid understanding of API-driven architectures, and the ability to work in an Agile, fast-paced product development environment. The ideal candidate thrives in collaborative teams, writes clean and maintainable code, and is passionate about delivering seamless digital experiences.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain complete web application features across both front-end and back-end.
- Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using contemporary JavaScript frameworks.
- Design, build, and consume RESTful APIs and microservices-based components.
- Work with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based version control.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot issues across the application stack and improve overall reliability.
- Contribute to code reviews, best practices, and development standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–4 years of experience building web and/or mobile applications.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Vue.js, Angular, or React).
- Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Ruby, Java, or Python.
- Proficiency with JavaScript frameworks, especially Node.js for server-side development.
- Hands-on experience with databases such as Postgres, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Familiarity with web servers like Nginx or Apache.
- Experience working with Docker and microservices-based architectures.
- Exposure to cloud-native development; AWS experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of Agile development practices.
- Understanding or hands-on exposure to AI technologies and integrating AI-driven features into applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality code.
