Export Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

The Export Marketing Executive will be responsible for handling international client communication, generating export inquiries, coordinating shipments, and managing logistics operations to ensure smooth execution of export orders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle international customer inquiries and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with overseas buyers through email and calls.
- Prepare quotations, PI, invoices, and export-related documents.
- Manage shipment planning and coordinate with logistics partners.
- Track dispatches and provide timely updates to customers.
- Coordinate with production, packaging, and dispatch teams.
- Maintain records of orders, shipments, and customer communications.
- Handle export documentation and logistics processes efficiently.

Requirements:





- Minimum 1 year of experience in Export Marketing.
- Candidate should have experience in handling logistics operations.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of export documentation and shipment procedures.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling).

Qualification:

Graduate/MBA preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 1 year experience required.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month only

Location: SCO 5-6, Guru Angad Dev Colony, Adjoining Flower Enclave, Ludhiana, Punjab – 141013

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
