Responsibilities:

- - Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork

- Write personalized and high-converting proposals

- Communicate with clients and handle follow-ups

- Understand project requirements and coordinate with the technical team

- Maintain a pipeline of leads and track conversions

- Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and closures

- Maintain proper records of bids, responses, and deal status

Requirements and skills :

- - Minimum 1 year experience in Upwork bidding (Mandatory)

- - Robust written communication and proposal writing skills

- - Basic understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile)

- - Experience handling international clients

- - Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
