Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Gym Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fitness center. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, customer service experience, and a passion for fitness and wellness.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily gym operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Supervise trainers, front desk staff, and housekeeping team
- Handle member inquiries, registrations, and customer support
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and equipment maintenance
- Plan and implement marketing and membership growth strategies
- Monitor staff performance and scheduling
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and member retention
- Maintain gym records, reports, and inventory
- Organize fitness events, promotions, and member engagement activities




- Ensure safety rules and gym policies are followed properly

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in gym management, fitness, or customer service preferred
- Solid communication and leadership skills
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally
- Passion for fitness and healthy lifestyle
- Freshers with valuable management skills can also apply
