Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Officer to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, ensure statutory compliance, and support financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
- Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, and journal entries.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare GST workings and assist in filing GST returns.
- Process TDS calculations and statutory compliances.
- Assist in payroll accounting and salary reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
- Maintain vendor and customer ledgers.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com),



Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- M.Com, MBA (Finance), or CA Inter (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience

- Freshers with solid accounting knowledge.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic Income Tax provisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, etc.).
- Familiarity with accounting standards and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

- Tally Prime
- Microsoft Excel
- ERP Software (SAP, Zoho Books, Busy, or similar) – added advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
