Hambire Solutions is looking for a Client Relationship Executive to build and maintain good relationships with clients. The candidate will communicate with customers, understand their requirements, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with new and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers.
- Handle client queries through phone, email, or WhatsApp.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Salary
₹12,000 – ₹14,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
