Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-focused CRM Executive – Post Sales with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships after sales, ensuring a smooth customer experience, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers post sales
- Handle customer queries, requests, and concerns in a timely and skilled manner
- Ensure seamless handover from sales to post-sales process
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, accounts, legal, etc.) for timely resolution of client issues
- Follow up with customers for documentation, payments, and service updates
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any service gaps




- Prepare reports and track post-sales activities and performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM / Customer Service / Post Sales role
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in real estate or service industry will be an advantage
- Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts effectively

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
