Location: Chennai

Experience: 1–3 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

Contact existing and prospective customers.

Generate qualified leads and schedule sales appointments.

Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships.

Update call records and customer data in MS Excel.

Coordinate with the sales team to drive business growth.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in Tamil.

Basic English and MS Excel knowledge.

Positive telephone etiquette with a positive attitude.

Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred.

Working knowledge of (Hindi is an advantage).

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to build rapport with business owners
