Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated, energetic, and highly organized Personal Assistant to the co founder for administrative, operational, and day-to-day support. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn, adaptable to agile work environments, and willing to handle a wide variety of responsibilities.

Personal Assitant

- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare travel itineraries.
- Draft emails, letters, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Handle confidential documents and maintain records.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams members.

Marketing

- Create marketing materials using Canva or similar design tools.
- Generate leads through online marketing activities.
- Assist in organizing exhibitions, events, and client meetings.




- Prepare marketing reports and competitor analysis.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication of spoken and written English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, ) and email communication.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, ).
- Experience with Canva and figma
- Knowledge of social media marketing and digital marketing.

Commitment

Selected candidates must be willing to commit to a minimum period of 1 years with the organization.

Work Nature:
The role will involve handling different types of tasks on a daily basis. There will be no fixed or repetitive work schedule responsibilities will vary depending on the requirements of the management. The candidate should be flexible, adaptable, and willing to take up new assignments as and when required.
