Are you the right person for the job?
- Thorough knowledge of risk and business analytics concepts, including scorecard performance review, gap analysis, and hypothesis testing.
- Understanding credit policy, underwriting processes, and experience implementing credit strategies for unsecured lending products.
- Ability to create new variables and establish relationships among them to extract valuable insights.
- Analytical rigour and a structured approach to work independently and achieve desired results.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python is a must.
What will you do?
Build the most loved brand to borrow money from our customers!
- Evaluate acquisition and portfolio risk in our lending portfolio by thoroughly assessing internal scorecards and policy matrices.
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of existing credit policies and recommend new policies and operating guidelines for unsecured lending products.
- Collaborate with business teams to develop pricing strategies, limit enhancements, and cross-sell initiatives.
- Utilize data to build, monitor, and deploy strategies to enhance collection efficiencies.
- Work closely with collections and underwriting teams to ensure feedback is integrated into credit decision strategies.
- Engage with lending partners to explain innovative programs and define performance metrics.
